Renault Launches New Entry-Level Twingo II Extreme
Renault has added a new entry-level version in its UK Twingo II line-up. Called the Twnigo Extreme, it is fitted with a 1.2-liter gasoline engine delivering 60 HP and it's priced at £7,500 (approx $14,900 or €10,070). Available in UK showrooms from mid-February 2008, the Twingo Extreme comes equipped with standard ABS with EBD (electronic Brake Distribution), driver and front passenger lateral airbags, brake assist, remote central-locking with dead-locking, anti-drill door locks, insurance-approved engine immobiliser, sports body styling, fixed on-piece folding rear seat, 2 X 15W RDS radio CD with fingertip control, front fog lights, electric front windows, rev counter and 14” ‘Fidji’ wheel trims.
