So what are the odds of a guy impersonating a police officer pulling over a motorist for speeding and that driver happens to be and off-duty cop? Well, that one-in-a-million scenario actually occurred when 70-year-old (!) Charles Grubbs driving a black and white Honda Accord (!!!!!!) equipped with front and back flashing lights, a radio antenna and air horn, stopped off-duty officer David Bishop for speeding in Gilbert, Arizona. -Continued According to Gilbert police Sgt. Mark Marino, when Grubbs got out of his car, the real officer knew he wasn’t legitimate. When Bishop identified himself as an officer the report says that Grubbs went, ‘Oops’. If that’s not priceless we don’t know what is!
