Sport Speciale V12: See How It Was Made

Back in February we told you about the retro-styled Sport Speciale roadster project that was built by “Creative Workshop”, a restoration and coachbuilder specialist that’s based in Dania Beach, Florida. Today, the guys from Creative Workshop sent us a batch of images taken during the design and development phase of this one-off sports car.

Although the Sport Speciale’s design was influenced by famous racecars from the late 1950's and early 1960’s like the Ferrari TR59/60 and Maserati 450S, it features a modern chrome-moly tubular chassis and a hand crafted aluminium body along with by a 450 Hp BMW 6.0-liter V12 engine. –See the image gallery after the jump
