Peugeot Spices up 4007 SUV with new Sport XS model

With the UK Government's scrappage scheme well underway, Peugeot thought it would be a good time to get more buyers interested in its Mitsubishi Outlander-based 4007 by introducing a new special edition version of the compact SUV. Based on the entry-level 4007 SE with the 156 horsepower-strong 2.2-liter diesel engine, the Sport XS comes with a special black leather upholstery, a full exterior Sport styling kit and 18-inch alloy wheels.

The Sports styling kit includes chrome side bars, wing mirror covers, door handles and a twin tail pipe extension. Body colored front lower and rear roof spoilers complete the exterior goodies.

The on-the-road price for the 4007 Sport XS is £24,695, or £1,450 up from the base SE and £1,150 below the range-topping GT model.



Peugeot 4007 SUV Sport Edition Released in Germany

Today's special edition model comes to us from Germany and Peugeot which released a sportier-looking version of its Mitsubishi Outlander based 4007 SUV. As its name suggests, the 4007 Sport Edition justifies its existence through a series of accessories that include 19-inch dark alloy wheels, aluminum roof rails, new twin exhaust pipes, a front lip spoiler, chrome surroundings for the fog lights, and a discreet roof spoiler. Inside, the French automaker has added a few extra goodies like the upgraded audio system and the automatic climate control to the vehicle's standard equipment. The 4007 Sport Edition is offered exclusively with Peugeot's 156HP 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine with prices in Germany starting from €38,350.








Peugeot 4007 Irmscher Sport Pack

The Mitsubishi Outlander’s alter –French- ego, the Peugeot 4007 is being enhanced with the introduction of an Irmscher Sport Pack that’s available on the SE model as an option. The sport pack includes Aero Star Design 19” alloy wheels on Pirelli 235/45 x R19 tyres, a body-coloured rear roof spoiler, front lower spoiler and twin tailpipe finishers - all available for £600 in the UK. Peugeot 4007 Customized by Cobra


Cobra didn’t waste any time with Peugeot’s first ever SUV, the 4007, introducing a wide range of accessories. These include a stainless steel front bar with 60mm in tube diameter or alternatively, a high-gloss stainless steel that’s fixed on the lower side of the standard bumper, sill tubes, rub strips on the doors and a roof carrier system with lockable Cobra Technology & Lifestyle cross rails. Maximum individuality down to the detail: Cobra Technology & Lifestyle customizes the Peugeot 4007

The new Peugeot 4007 has arrived in the dealers’ showrooms! Cobra Technology & Lifestyle now offers an extensive exclusive program for the first SUV from the French car manufacturer.

To make the front of the newcomer look even more prominently, the renowned off road specialists from Cobra Technology & Lifestyle offer a high-gloss stainless steel front bar with 60 millimeters in tube diameter. Of course this accessory part meets all current EG guidelines for pedestrian protection. The part comes complete with an EG operation certificate, eliminating the need for a technical inspection and for amending the vehicle papers. In addition the front guard allows the fitting of additional high beams which are offered as a ready-to-install kit.

Alternatively the front section can be upgraded visually and functionally with the Cobra Technology & Lifestyle Cityguard® element made from high-gloss stainless steel which is fixed on the lower side of the standard bumper.

Peugeot’s rebadged 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander with the “froggy looking” fascia is making its public debut at the Geneva Show along with a luxurious concept version dubbed Holland&Holland’. PRESS RELEASE: The new 4007, presented for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show, takes Peugeot into a new sector that increases brand-loyal customer choice, with an all terrain (4x4) SUV vehicle. This new vehicle – produced in partnership with the Mitsubishi Motors Corporation – is a versatile and stylish product that beautifully illustrates Peugeot virtues – a confident and stylish appearance combined with everyday adventure and driving enjoyment.

With a strong identity at the front with its feline characteristics, the 4007 expresses both strength and sportiness. Powered by a new 2.2-litre HDi engine with DPFS (Diesel Particulate Filter System), it produces 156bhp and 380Nm of torque. This makes it both dynamic, while environmentally responsible, as it features the selection of two- or four-wheel drive.


Also on the stand is another 4007 silhouette but with the personality distinguished by ‘Holland&Holland’. This is an exclusive design that promotes the vehicle attributes without being ostentatious. Hagenias bronze paintwork is dressed with water-proof leather finishes, while this 4007 is displayed with attractive 20” alloy wheels.

The passenger compartment is covered with Jet Black and Chartreuse Green bull calf leather finished with double row saddle stitching to the facia, the seats and door panels, with inserts of ruthenium (black chrome). The 4007 ‘Holland&Holland’ is personalised for an individual lifestyle and the desire to travel differently.
